All attendees must register prior to the start of the Conference. No walk ins accepted once the conference registration closes.


GROUP REGISTRATION – STOP! PLEASE READ

To receive the group discount, fill out the primary registrant’s form and click “Next.” After providing the necessary details, select “Save Registrant.” Then, click “Add Registrant” for each additional member. Once all registrants are added, click “Billing” to view your total. The discount applies only if at least five registrants are included.

If fewer than 5 persons are registered, either at time of registration, or via a later cancellation, all remaining members will be billed at the individual rate of $750.

General Conference

The general conference will kick off with the keynote speaker on Tuesday, March 18th at 5:30pm.

If you will be presenting only and not attending other sessions during the conference, please select “PRESENTER ONLY” when registering.

Forms of Payment

Full payment is required prior to attending the CSSO 2025 Student Services Leadership Conference.
Registrants are strongly encouraged to pay via credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.

Both Credit Card and Check payments are accepted through March 7, 2025. After March 7, only Credit Card payments will be accepted.

Purchase Orders will not be accepted as proof of payment on the day of the event.  If final payment is not received by Mar. 7th. 2025, you will be denied entry to the Conference. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy and Deadline January 19, 2025

By completing the registration process, you are agreeing to pay the full conference registration fee. In the event that you need to cancel, your cancellation request will need to be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before January 19, 2025 and will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee per attendee.

Group Registrations cancellations 
If one or more group registrant cancels and the group count falls below the 5 + persons, remaining group registrants are not eligible for the group rate, and will be billed at the individual rate.

Refund Policy

 Any cancellation on or after January 19, 2025. will be non-refundable.  In the event a registrant did not not cancel before the cancellation deadline, also does not show for the event and did not pre-pay; the registrant/institution will be billed and held responsible for full payment.

Registration Transfers
In lieu of cancellation, registrants will have the option of sending a replacement attendee. Attendees can transfer registrations until January 19, 2025. To send a replacement attendee, please contact [email protected]
