Our Mission
The CSSO Association represents CSSOs statewide and fosters a professional learning community for student service leaders that cultivates innovation, equity-mindedness, and antiracism in support of student success and racial equity.
The Executive Board of the California Community Colleges Chief Student Services Officers Association is a dynamic and dedicated team of leaders committed to advancing equitable student success. With a diverse range of experience in student services, policy, and institutional leadership, the Board works collaboratively to support our members.
